Method

Accountable to one number. In writing.

A named metric in the contract, everything handed over at completion — and our own instrument applied to us, in public.

How we work

01

The number

One metric from your audit baseline — win rate, fee integrity, or founder dependency — reviewed at 90 days, on the record. The full accountability clause is in legal drafting and publishes here when signed off: a commitment before it is enforceable would be a claim we could not evidence.

02

The handover

Source files, tokens, templates and the written governance model transfer at completion. SIL OFL fonts — no seat licences. Nothing held hostage to a retainer.

03

The continuity answer, unprompted

We are new, and say so. What substitutes for tenure: named people, this published method, published prices, and source files that transfer by contract — if we vanished tomorrow, you keep everything.

04 / Our own score

Scored on our own instrument. Zeros included.

The Eleven Surfaces, applied to us at launch. The zeros are the honest cost of being new — and the plan for removing them. Re-scored quarterly.

Surface Score Evidence
01 First screen3 This site — position in the first sentence
02 Enquiry response3 Published standard: one business day, named person
03 The proposal2 System built; not yet client-tested
04 Named results0 None yet — first cases publish with number and caveat
05 Third-party evidence1 Open-licensed system, published method; no press yet
06 Track record2 Founder's record; the practice's starts now
07 Peer proof0 No named clients yet — the honest cost of being new
08 Fee explanation4 Every price published, reasoned, cited
09 What happens after4 Handover and governance are contract terms
10 Physical impression2 Full document system; no premises story yet
11 Consistency3 One generated system; a short history

Launch self-score, August 2026 — 24 of 44. We do not publish a claim about ourselves we would reject from a client.

The standard we hold

Sourced. Dated.
Baselined. Attributable.

Every claim passes all four tests, and every case study names what else changed in the period — the caveat is what separates evidence from advertising.
